Potable water treatment generally begins with pre-treatment to remove suspended solids, turbidity, and other impurities using processes such as clarification or dissolved air flotation (DAF). It is then followed by media filtration, such as sand filter, activated carbon filter, and DMI media for iron and manganese removal, to improve water clarity and overall quality. Final disinfection, such as chlorination or UV, is applied to ensure the water is safe for consumption.<\/p>

Process water treatment begins with pre-treatment and filtration to reduce suspended solids and protect downstream equipment. Depending on the required water quality, advanced treatment technologies such as ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF), reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (STRATA-GX), or mixed bed polishing are used to remove dissolved salts, hardness, and other contaminants. Final disinfection, such as chlorination or UV, is applied if needed.
