Recycle Water Treatment

Recycle Water Treatment Plants are designed to further treat effluent wastewater into reusable water for industrial and process applications. The treatment system is selected based on the feed water quality and the required reuse standard.

Pretreatment commonly uses media filtration and ultrafiltration (UF) to remove suspended solids and protect downstream membranes. Reverse Osmosis (RO) is then typically used to reduce dissolved ions and other impurities. Where higher-purity water is needed, ion exchange or mixed-bed polishing can be added as a final treatment stage.

This combination allows treated wastewater to be reused reliably while reducing freshwater consumption and wastewater discharge.
