Established as PT H2O, fully owned by PT Lautan Luas, Tbk.

2013

Joint venture formed with Organo Corporation, Japan; company renamed PT Lautan Organo Water.

2017

Upgraded facilities: laboratory and workshop development.

Shareholding structure updated with PT Lautan Air Indonesia to strengthen water business expansion.
